CIL Payments

CIL Neighbourhood payments are automatically made to Town and Parish Councils where CIL liable development has commenced and made a CIL payment to Cornwall Council. These payments are made each year by: 

  • 28 April for payments received 1 October to 31 March
  • 28 October for payments received 1 April to 30 September

CIL Financial Reports

CIL Regulation 121B sets out that Town and Parish Councils must prepare a report for any financial year in which it receives CIL receipts. These reports must be published on the Town or Parish Council’s website or on Cornwall Council’s website if the local council does not have a website.
