Benefit & Debt Advice
Are you entitled to more tax credits by recalculating your current year's income? It is important that you ask for a recalculation of tax credits when there are any changes - for example changes in income or reducing working hours after having a baby. If you would like to discuss your entitlement to Working Tax Credit or any other benefits advice please visit Linda at one of the sessions below.

Hayle Children's Centre—Tuesday 2nd December 1.15-4pm, call 01736 759058 to make an appointment. Drop-in session during Child Health Clinic 2-4pm on Thursday 18th December.
St Ives Children's Centre—Tuesday 9th December 9.15-12, call 01736 798509 to make an appointment.
Newlyn Trinity Centre— Drop in session 10am-12 on Thursday 11th December.
Digital Music Making project
Aged between 5 and 13 and interested in making music? Come along to a brand new digital music making project at Hayle Children's Centre.
5 sessions will run on Wednesdays from 14th January 2009 to 11th February 2009, 4pm-5pm, run by an experienced DJ & record producer.
The sessions will cost £1.50 each and payment for week one needs to be made in advance to secure your place with a completed form. Places are limited so please book early if you'd like to take part in this exciting new project!

Additional needs drop-in group
Especially for families where there is a child who has additional needs. This includes disabled children.
Where? Penzance Children's Centre in the Gym, every Thursday 10-11.30am (not Bank Holidays).
Why? These new drop-in sessions will provide opportunities for families to get together and share play, support, information and ideas in a friendly, relaxed place.
