What is Alfi Lifeline?

Sometimes called Lifeline or Emergency Alarm, Alfi (Assisted Living for Independence) is a Cornwall Council service.  Alarm calls are answered by our trained Operating Team from a local based 24/7 TSA (Telecare Services Association) accredited monitoring centre. From as little as 0.51 pence per day*.

Depending on your circumstances you may be eligible for a free trial for the first six weeks to see if it is right for you. After the six weeks you pay for the service. You will need an Adult Social Care assessment in order to request the free trial.
