What is Alfi Lifeline?

Alfi (Assisted Living for Independence) is a Cornwall Council service. It is sometimes called Lifeline or Emergency Alarm. Our trained Operating Team answer alarm calls 24/7. They are based at a local TSA (Telecare Services Association) Accredited, monitoring centre. The service is available from as little as 0.51 pence per day*.
