Cornwall Library customers can now enjoy free access to Comics Plus. A huge collection of Comics and Graphic novels, something for all ages. These are available to download to a tablet or smartphone, or stream on a computer. Parents and carers can browse our children’s collection. The catalogue of comics, graphic novels and manga suitable for children so they can browse and read by themselves.
Access a collection of over 19,000 titles. Work is available from publishers like Disney, Dark Horse, IDW and more. Cornwall Library members are able to browse, checkout, read online and download using the Library Pass app. (On IOS or Android) Please note, an internet connection is required to browse the collection and check out titles.

How to log-in to Comics Plus with the Library Pass app
- Download the Library Pass app and open
- In the search box, search: Cornwall Libraries
- For junior members choose “Cornwall Libraries-Children”
For Adult members choose: “Cornwall Libraries- Full Access” - Enter your 14-digit library card number found on the back of your library card
- Enter your PIN. This is the last 4 digits of your library card number

- Go to the full collection or, children’s collection using the links above
- Enter your 14-digit library account number found on the back of your library card
- Enter your PIN. This is the last 4 digits of your library account number.
Note: Children’s accounts do not need to enter a PIN.
