Event Notification Forms

The event notification process supports organisers by providing a single point of contact to the council services and emergency agencies. By completing our event notification form, you can help us to make sure you receive the advice and assistance you need to get your event started and that you apply for any licences or permissions in good time.

The Event Notification form has been merged with the Road Closure Application form to reduce paperwork for organisers. If your event does NOT involve a road closure, you can use the shorter Event Notification Form below.
