Falmouth Library and Information Service (previously known as One Stop Shop) is the first Library and Information Service to transfer to a Town Council as part of Cornwall Council’s devolution programme, which is helping councils and communities take over local ownership, management and control of services.

  • Knit and Natter 2nd Friday of each month 10 a.m to 12 noon
  • Join us for an evening with the award winning author Liz Fenwick on Thursday 22nd March at 7pm. Tickets are free but booking is essential. Book your tickets at the library, by calling 0300 1234 111 or emailing falmouth.library@liscornwall.org.uk

  • Rhymetime - Tuesdays 11am-11:30am (term time only), free sessions of rhymes, stories and singing for children 0-4 years and their carers
  • Bookstart storytime - every Tuesday 2-2.30pm from 7 March.
  • Lego Club 1st Saturday of each month 10 a.m – 12 noon
  • Code Club Saturdays fortnightly 1 p.m – 2 p.m – booking essential
  • Our reference Maritime Collection has moved to the Bartlett Library at the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth
