Leisure Services Transfer
The Council’s Leisure Resources Strategy outlined the ambition to have a sustainable network of leisure facilities, achieved with a nil subsidy from the Council. Concurrently with this tender, devolution of four sites (Par Running Track, Newquay Sports Centre, Falmouth Pavilion and Launceston Phoenix Leisure Centre) is also being pursued.
