To register for My Pension Online with the Cornwall Pension Fund, we need to add your email address to your pension record.
Please follow these 4 steps to get started:
Step 1: Complete the My Pension Online access form
Fill out the My Pension Online access form with your email address and personal information, including your National Insurance number.
Tip: It's best to use your personal email address instead of a work email. That way, we can still reach you if you change jobs or leave employment. You can update your email address at a later date once you have access to My Pension Online.
Step 2: Wait for our invitation email
If the information you provide matches our system we will update your pension record with your email address. You will receive an 'invitation to register' email with further information on how to set up your account. This will arrive within 5 working days.
If you have not received this within 5 working days, please contact our Member Support Team. You can email the team at pensions@cornwall.gov.uk or phone 01872 322322 and select option 2.
Step 3: Complete the registration process
The registration email will contain a link requesting you confirm your personal details. This completes the two-step verification process. This information must match the details provided on your access form.
After you click 'Sign up' you will receive a final automated email which will allow you to set a username, password and security questions. Please be aware that this link expires after 24 hours.
If the information you provide does not match your access form, we will post a letter to your address to confirm your identity.
If you have not received this email within 30 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting our Member Support Team. You can email the team at pensions@cornwall.gov.uk or phone 01872 322322 and select option 2.
Tip: If the link has expired, you will need to repeat step 1.
Step 4: Login to My Pension Online
Congratulations! You now have access to My Pension Online. Log in using your username and password to explore the website and its features
