Normal pension age
The normal pension age in the Cornwall Pension Fund (CPF) is the same as your state pension age (but with a minimum of age 65). This means that you can retire at your state pension age and receive your pension in full. If you are not sure when your state pension age is then you can use the government's state pension age calculator.
Your pension built up before 1 April 2014 has a protected Normal Pension Age, which for almost all is age 65. View our protected Normal Pension Age page for more information.
Are you considering transferring out your pension benefits? If so the application must be made no later than one year before your normal pension age.
Early payment of your pension
There are provisions for early payment of your pension.
