How are you really feeling?

Just asking someone how they are really feeling could save a life.

It's OK to talk about mental health

Our "How Are You Really Feeling" campaign supports everyone to feel more confident in taking action to care for their mental health and wellbeing – with tips on how to ask if someone is really OK.

Our aim is to support our Cornwall and Isles of Scilly community to be better informed and equipped to look after their own mental health and support others. We highlight a range of self-care actions to promote good mental health and tackle common problems. We also signpost to wider resources and services for those in greater need.
