Our management service options

Full management service

We will find you a suitable tenant, let your property and manage the tenancy from start to finish. We will be the main contact point for all queries. We oversee rental collection, undertake quarterly inspections and can arrange repairs for you. You will have a monthly rental statement of account and peace of mind knowing we are here to address any issues and ensure compliance.

Tenant finder service

We will find you a suitable tenant who fits your criteria. We will make a one off charge that includes assessing prospective tenants and a reference check. We will provide you with standard tenancy documents. You will manage and maintain your property.

Incentivised lettings for vulnerable groups

This is a service designed for vulnerable client groups who are seeking settled accommodation. We will find you a suitable tenant who fits your criteria. To ensure a successful letting experience for both landlord and client, we offer direct one to one tenancy support.

There are no upfront costs and we will provide you with the standard tenancy documents and a schedule of condition at the start of tenancy. You can choose to take over, manage and maintain the property yourself without any charge to you. Or you can take advantage of full management service.
