Cornwall Park Home Forum

The Forum is a committee made up of park home residents and associate members all working together to support people living in park homes across Cornwall. It is supported by Cornwall Council who see the Forum as a vital link to park home residents and therefore the main way in which it can further improve communication and support.

A constitution for the forum was agreed at the inaugural meeting and Annual General Meeting which sets out its objectives including:

  • representing the interests of park home residents in Cornwall and informing them of their rights
  • building relationships and improving communication with Cornwall Council and other organisations
  • to engage, communicate and distribute information to park home residents in Cornwall
  • to support new and existing qualifying resident associations.

The Forum will be holding a series of events and meetings in 2017 so please make a note in your diary for the following

  • Helston drop in morning with the Fire and Community Safety Team and others offering free advice and guidance. Wednesday 8th February 10 to 12pm.  St. Mary's Church Hall, Clodgey Lane, Helston, TR13 8PJ 
  • Open Meeting - Thursday 27th April (Venue to be confirmed)
  • Members special meeting with the Committee - Thursday 25th May (Venue to be confirmed)
  • AGM and Open Meeting - Thursday 28th September. St. Erme Community Centre
