Rough sleeping in severe weather

Cornwall has a Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP). This opens during periods of severe weather, providing shelter to rough sleepers. Access to this is via the Outreach services or Housing Options.

Please refer any rough sleepers to the Homeless Assessment Hub on 0300 1234 161. If you are rough sleeping or are concerned about someone who is rough sleeping, please raise an alert via Streetlink.

Specific accommodation will be made available for rough sleepers during this period as per the SWEP Policy.
