IMPORTANT information for sub-contractors

Future sub-contracted services required by Cornwall Housing Ltd and Cormac for repairs and maintenance services will be procured in a different way from April 2018. This will ensure that we are complying with our commitment to spending public money fairly and transparently.

We do not wish to reduce the number or organisations we sub-contractor with, you all provide an important role to our business, but you will be required to apply to be on our framework. This means all the plumbers, electricians, builders and all others that carry out repairs and maintenance work for us will be required to complete the process.

In order to make this a pain free process for you, we are holding a 2 hour session to explain what we are doing, why we need to do it and importantly, what you will need to do

Procurement processes can be daunting but if you do not complete the documents through the correct process, we may not be able to commission services from you post April 2018. The event will ensure that you know what to do and you will be able to ask any questions you have.
