Commenting on a planning application
To comment online on a planning application, you first must register for a website account. Please note that if you had an account but haven't logged in for over 12 months your account may not have been migrated to our new website and you might need to re-register or reset your password.
If you are trying to login and your password is not accepted please click on forgotten password and reset your password by answering your security question.
If you cannot answer your security question please email webmanager@cornwall.gov.uk and we can help you.
Self-service
If you are trying to login to view your council tax account online please login using the Self Service option.

If you are looking for contact information you can find it towards the bottom of the page. As you are on our website where there most things can be solved online, you will not find a telephone number.
