Organising events in Cornwall

Event notification forms - tell us about your event

If you're planning to run an event in Cornwall, complete one of our Event Notification Forms so that all relevant services can be made aware of your event. We will then let you know what permissions and licenses you need to apply for.  You can also view our online event guidance for general advice on organising small and large events.

You must complete a risk assessment for your event. This will help ensure that your event runs as smoothly and safely as possible.
