The Cornwall Countryside Access Forum (CCAF) is an independent body set up by Cornwall Council under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (CROW) to advise on making the countryside more accessible and enjoyable to the public for open air recreation, in ways which address social, economic and environmental interests.
