Pay a Penalty Charge Notice

If you have been issued a penalty charge notice, there
are various methods of payment:
Online
The easiest way to pay your penalty charge notice is to
pay online. You
will need the number from the penalty charge notice and the car
registration number to make the payment.
By phone
By phone via our automated telephone system 24hrs a day / 7 days
a week by calling 0845 452 4538.
By Post
To PO Box 664, Truro - using the payment slip from your
PCN. Allow at least 2 working days for 1st class post and 5 working
days for 2nd class. Please do not send cash through the post. The
payment is not deemed to be received until it reaches the payment
office.
In person
At any outlet
displaying the PayPoint logo or
at any branch of
the Post Office
Please note you may encounter problems paying on line
if:
You have gone past the reduced fee date
Check Your PCN to make sure that you are
attempting to pay the correct fee within the given dates. If you
have gone past the date on which it shows that you can pay the
reduced rate, then our system will automatically reject a payment
for the lower fee. If that date has expired you have to pay the
higher fee and will need to enter that amount
If you have lost your PCN we should be able
to trace it using your vehicle registration number.If you have any
queries regarding your PCN there is additional detailed information
on this site which should help you. If it does not assist
there are several frequently asked questions on our Frequently Asked Question system
which may help, or alternatively call 0300 1234 222. When
calling please have your PCN number (on the front of the ticket)
available.
Note: You cannot challenge a ticket once
payment has been made. If you think the charge was issued
incorrectly you may appeal to the Council in writing
