Lowena provides short respite breaks for people aged 18 and over
who have learning disabilities and may also have physical
Lowena aims to support you to make choices and decisions about
what you want to achieve in your short break.
You might want to do some cooking.
Or you might want to go to the beach.
Lowena is set in its own private grounds outside the city centre
in Truro. It has has four self contained living areas.
There are two courtyards inside, and a sensory room which leads
to a garden where produce is grown.
If you would like a short break at Lowena, this must
be arranged through your Adult Care, Health and
