Roadworks

Last updated: 17/05/2013 Add to My Bookmarks Subscribe

Works on Cornwall's roads are displayed on the national website cornwall.roadworks.org and shows both current and planned works.  We also summarise the road works in a weekly roadworks report

If you have any difficulties accessing any documents available from this website please contact us webmanager@cornwall.gov.uk.

You can also read about major highway schemes that will give you more information on larger ongoing projects and any associated road works or closures. For example the current work at Trafalgar roundabout, Truro.

A30 and A38 trunk roads

All roadworks carried out on trunk roads (A30, A38) are the responsibility of the Highways Agency. Please be aware that the A30 to the west of Chy-An-Mor roundabout is not a trunk road and is maintained by Cornwall Council. For details of roadworks on the A30 or A38 please see the Highways Agency Live Traffic Information

To plan a journey you may also want to view roadworks in Devon.

Roadworks by community network area

A map of roadworks by community network areas is available via the ELGIN online roadworks system. The map shows possible delays within each area including detailed information about the timescales for the work and the utility or authority responsible for the work.
