Street parking - Parking Enforcement and Penalty Charge Notices
Cornwall Council are responsible for on street parking enforcement. This area contains information on parking lawfully, paying and appealing fines and parking in restructed areas.

Parking Permit Enquiries
Cornwall Council offers numerous parking permits for both its car parks and for on-street resident parking schemes.
 
Off-Street Parking Order and Public Notices
This section of the website contains links to Statutory Notices relating to Cornwall Council car parks and the Cornwall Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2010 under which we operate our car parks.
 
Blue badges and parking permits for disabled people
Cornwall Adult Care and Support operates the blue badge scheme on behalf of the Department of Transport. The scheme provides a national arrangement of parking concessions for registered blind people and people with certain disabilities.
 
Disabled parking bay
Provision of a disabled parking bay for a resident requires Cornwall Council to make what is known as a Traffic Regulation Order This is a complex legal process requiring public consultation and the depositing of documents for public scrutiny which typically costs around £2,500 (with similar costs to remove the bay when it is no longer required) There is no guaranteed outcome of the process and it is entirely possible that no bay would be provided after the results of public consultation are known
 
Car parks - private
There are many car parks throughout the county that are operated privately by Town and Parish Councils, Harbour Commissioners and others. Cornwall Council does not have any control or reciprocal arrangements with these operators.
 
On street parking - permits
Some addresses in Cornwall are eligible for an on street parking permit, allowing you to park in certain restricted areas.

Annual Parking Reports
