Cornwall Council is holding a public meeting to share information and listen to public opinion on a planning application (PA12/09979) for the construction of 30 new dwellings (including a mix of affordable and open market housing) on land east of Bells Hill, Bells Hill, Mylor Bridge.

The public meeting will be held on Wednesday 23 January 2013 at 6pm in Tremayne Hall Community Centre, Lemon Hill, Mylor Bridge, TR11 5NA.

Anyone who attends the meeting who wishes to express their views on the planning application to the Central Sub-Area Planning Committee will be asked to register on arrival and will then be called upon to speak.

The public meeting is an opportunity for councillors to hear from local people on all sides of the debate and no decision will be taken on the day.

The planning applications will be considered Central Sub-Area Planning Committee at a future date.

Full details of the planning application can be found on the online planning register, please search on reference PA12/09979.
