Rubbish and recycling collection
Cornwall Council are working with Cory Environmental to provide
the waste and recycling collections in Cornwall. Every residential
property now receives the same waste and recycle
service regardless of where in Cornwall they are.
To find when your waste and recycling is collected please visit
the My Area page using the link on the right and enter your
postcode when prompted.
Helston Flora Day collections
This year some rubbish and recycling collections will
fall on Wednesday 8th May which is Helson Flora Day. Because many
of the roads will be closed from early in the morning, we will
collect the rubbish and recycling from these streets the following
day. Helston Flora
Day has full details of the affected streets and other
information about removing rubbish after the event.
Recycling Banks
You may have noticed that some of your local recycling banks
have been removed. This is part of a rationalisation of the
recycling bank network to coincide with your new recycling
collection service. Please view the
recycling bank list to view the remaining recycling bank
network.
