including
- Air Ambulance
- Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service
- Police
- Paramedic's
- RNLI
- Dartmoor Rescue
- Blood Bikes
This is your chance to meet and greet all of the service
personnel at first hand as you witness the life saving skill of the
emergency services during live displays throughout the day.
Displays will include, road traffic collisions, cliff rescue,
police dogs, armed police and much more.
CFRS Firefighter and Road Safety Advisor Darren Berrey said:
“Behind the spectacle there are serious road safety messages
that will help keep you and your family safe. Apart from raising
money for a number of deserving causes in the South West; the day
will also raise awareness of the dangers on our roads.
In addition, bike clubs from across Devon and Cornwall have been
invited to arrange a ride out from their club and there will be a
bikers entertainment area, trade stalls, live music, and parking
for over 4000 bikes. Last year we saw 19 clubs and over 3000 bikes,
so we hope to see thousands of motorcyclists from across the South
West riding in to support the road safety message.”
