Lifeline is a caring service throughout Cornwall which
provides a way of calling for help 24 hours a day, 365 days a
year.
Lifeline is a Telecare product for use in an emergency
that connects to your existing telephone socket. As a user you wear
a pendant that, when pressed, puts you in contact with our
operators who will take action on your behalf to provide the help
or assistance you require.
Many people have an independent lifestyle
but they may worry from time to time about accidents or the need
for help in the home. Find out what Cornwall Lifeline can do
for you.
A Lifeline gives you freedom to live your
life independently and the security of knowing that whether
you are young or old you can always get help when you need
it.
Most people who are registered disabled may
be exempt from paying VAT for this service, if you believe that you
may be exempt, then please fill in the relief from VAT form and
submit it with your online application.

alarm and the different payment methods available.
If there is a change to any of the details
we hold about you, it is vital that you let us know
immediately.
