Congratulations to staff at Castle Rise Dental Practice

Castle Rise Dental Practice

Staff at Castle Rise Dental Practice recently received their certificates for successfully achieving their National Test in Adult Literacy qualification.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to all businesses small, large, public and private across Cornwall and beyond.  We hope to contribute towards your business aims, needs and performance by identifying relevant training for your people.

As part of Cornwall Council’s Adult Education Service, we are building on a track record of quality skills improvement, and developing our employer focus, to offer a real alternative to big further education colleges and private providers.   We know that this is a challenging time for many businesses, but are also conscious that it may be the time to invest in people and prepare for effective performance when things improve.

We aspire to offer you:

  • a professional but personal approach based on listening
  • quality training designed to meet your needs - subscribe to email updates
  • reliably providing what we say we will provide
  • training at a time and place to suit you, wherever possible
  • trainers who care about your staff as individuals and about the success of your business
  • managers who make themselves available to you and want to respond to any problems you have with solutions

I hope this is captured in our mission statement below and the short films found on our business testimonial page. We look forward to doing business with you.
