List of current premises licence applications

You can now view new and variation premises licence applications received by Cornwall Council under the Licensing Act 2003.

Interested parties are any individual, body or business entitled to make representations in respect of an application regardless of their geographical proximity, provided that their comments relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, prevention of public nuisance, public safety and protection of children from harm.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
