A travel plan is an evolving document targeted at reducing solo
occupant car journeys to and from a particular site, or sites. A
travel plan aims to do this through a series of measures and
initiatives often focused around sustainable travel. Cornwall
Council offers support and guidance on writing and
delivering school travel plans, employer travel plans and
travel plans for new developments. Please follow the travel
