  • More effective responses to anti social behaviour - a joint response with police and community safety partners on plans to streamline the toolkit used to tackle anti-social behaviour.
  • Proposal to Examine the Deregulation of Schedule One of the Licensing Act - views on proposals to reform activities currently classed as 'regulated entertainment' in Schedule One of the Licensing Act 2003
  • Dealing with the Problems of Late Night Drinking - views on two measures in the Police
    Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011. The measures will be implemented through early morning restriction orders and the late night levy.
  • Consultation response on proposed amendments to the social responsibility provisions in the licence conditions and codes of practice for all operators. November 2014
