  • Revised Statutory Guidance and Regulations for Exclusions from Schools and Pupil Referral Units in England  - views on revised exclusion guidance document and regulations relating to exclusion. This includes proposals for how regulations will be applied to academies, including free schools 
  • Removing the duty on maintained schools to follow the information and communication technology (ICT) programmes of study, attainment targets and statutory assessment arrangements - views on the proposal that the existing information communication technology (ICT) programmes of study and associated attainment targets should be disapplied at all four key stages, along with the statutory assessment arrangements at key stage three, from September 2012
  • Revised Sure Start Children's Centres Statutory Guidance - views on the revised Sure Start children's centres statutory guidance for local authorities, commissioners of local health services and Jobcentre Plus when exercising their functions under the Childcare Act 2006
  • Department for Education: Commission on childcare call for evidence - views on reducing the costs of childcare for working families, and burdens on childcare providers, without compromising the safety or quality of provision.
  • DfE: Supporting families in the foundation years: Proposed changes to the entitlement to free early education and childcare sufficiency - views on proposals for the new entitlement for two year olds from September 2013, including which children will be eligible for free early education. It also includes proposals on the quality and flexibility of the entitlement for two, three and four year olds.
