Callington Information Service

Callington Town Council is the host venue for Cornwall Council Information Service in the Town Hall. 
The free self-service facilities include two computers for accessing Cornwall Council online services, a phone to contact Cornwall Council services, and a post box for mail for Cornwall Council services. The Information Service is available during the following days, please be aware this is a signposting service supported by Volunteers when available.

  • Use a computer for free to find out how to access all our services online.
  • Ask a volunteer for assistance to find information online or access a council service.
  • Use the phone so you can contact council services.
  • Drop off mail for any of our council services in the post box (this is picked up by an internal delivery service and may take up to 5 working days).
  • Speak to a Stonham Byan advisor for Housing Advice at the drop in advice session every Wednesday from 10am-noon.
  • Recycling sacks will no longer be available to collect but can be ordered and delivered direct to your door by ordering recycling containers online or by using the live chat link. Alternatively you can phone 0300 1234 141.   Seagull sacks will no longer be available to purchase at Callington Information Service.
  • The Callington office will no longer be able to take financial payments but you will be able to process your payment like rent and council tax in a way that suits you.
  • The Service is a signposting service only and therefore cannot provide a photocopying facility.  Photocopying is available at your nearest Library.

There is no free parking available at this One Stop Shop.  The nearest pay and display parking is at New Road, South car park and New Road,North car park
