Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

The adopted Cornwall Local Plan provides policies for housing. The Housing SPD provides extra guidance on these policies.

The document provides guidance on the development of new homes including;

• affordable housing
• self-build
• specialist housing for the elderly or disabled
